HOW TO SHOP AT THE JUFFIE SHOP?
- We have 3 platforms in which you could come across our items; Facebook, Instagram and the website itself.
- When clicking on the item on the social media platforms you will automatically be redirected to the website where you will then finalize your order.
- When you are on our website, please go to the tab that says “SHOP”
- Browse through our items and click on the one you like.
- Please page through the photos of the garments to ensure that you like what you see.
- Then you can pick your size ( after ensuring that you have read through our sizing chart and have determined your size)
- The stock button will tell you exactly if we have your size available as well as the stock count/ quantity available in your size.
- Pick your colour where applicable.
- Click “ADD TO CART” and proceed to the trolley icon on screen.
- You will then be able to view the items in the cart.
- To complete your order press the “PROCEED TO CHEKOUT” button.
- Please Complete all the boxes to ensure that we receive all your details.
- Double check that address details are accurate before placing your order.
- Then you may place your order.
- You will then be directed to the Payfast payment method system. Follow all the steps to complete your payment.
- After payment you will be notified about your order.
- Sit back, relax and wait for your Juffie box to arrive. <3
CAN I RETURN OR REFUND IF MY GARMENT DOES NOT FIT?
The answer is: Yes, you can, but only according to the following guidelines.
- You must contact Juffie Clothing immediately with your concern upon receiving your items at email@example.com
- After we have corresponded with you, we will arrange for your item to be collected from you.
- The costs for pickup and delivery will be charged to the customer.
- Sizing appears on our site and we cannot be held liable for wrong size selection. Please ensure you understand the sizing before ordering.
- Only once proof of payment has been received we will make an arrangement for pickup.
- Unfortunately items can only be returned to us for store credit and not cash.
- Please ensure that the items are in their original condition without any damage, unworn, unstained/make-up stained, unwashed and with our tag still attached.
- In the case of a garment having an out of box flaw or damage, the costs for pickup and delivery will be covered by Juffie Clothing.
- No returns can be made after 7 days.
- Once we receive the item the store credit will be available for you within a few hours to use if the item has been checked and verified, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
- If you want to make your payment via debit card or credit card you can make use of our Payfast system to ensure a fast purchase, or you could send us an email if you have any trouble making a payment and we shall send you the banking details for an EFT payment.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
- We do not want to give any of our clients false hope by giving an exact amount of days as we know that some might be sitting at their windows waiting for the Courier Guy to make his appearance.
- Therefore we say that you will receive your item within 14 working days upon purchase. Please note that location also plays a vital role in the delivery time.
- Items may arrive sooner than the time indicated, LUCKY YOU 🙂
- All our items are hand made by amazing ladies and we need to take their time into consideration.
- Some orders are available instantly and others will only be made as soon as we receive your order and it will take about 8-10 working days to be completed.
- As soon as your item is ready we will package it and the Courier Guy will come and collect it from us and take it straight to you.
- We will process the delivery online and you will receive your Waybill number via email. We will also contact you to make sure that you have received your tracking number.
- Please make sure that you check all your incoming mail boxes as some emails drop directly in the SPAM box.
